HFSS – a general purpose 3D interface for the design, analysis, and simulation of electromagnetic components.
HFSS 3D Layout – a full-wave layout-based electromagnetic simulator with a specialized interface for geometries created in layout.
Q3D Extractor –performs the 3D and 2D quasi-static electromagnetic field simulations required for the extraction of RLCG parameters from an interconnect structure.
Circuit – a schematic-based interface to the Nexxim circuit simulator allows to create electronic circuits using components and models from a variety of sources including behavioral system-level elements, simulate in the time and frequency domains, and generate meaningful plots and reports.
